02Our services

We provide software development and digital services including ERP and custom platforms, web and mobile development, SEO and growth, and related products. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quote, or written agreement, which together with these Terms governs that engagement.

Where a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the terms of that agreement will prevail for that engagement.

03Quotes, fees & payment

• Quotes — fees are as stated in the proposal or quote we provide and are valid for the period noted in it.
• Invoicing — unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed according to the milestones or schedule set out in your engagement.
• Payment — invoices are payable by the due date stated. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of work or services.
• Taxes — fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

04Client responsibilities

To help us deliver successfully, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information and timely feedback, approvals, and materials.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, assets, or data you provide to us.
• Designate a point of contact authorised to make decisions for your project.

Delays in providing required input may affect agreed timelines.

05Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Objective IT Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless your engagement states otherwise. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and may reuse general skills and experience gained.

06Third-party services

Our services may rely on or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, or providers (for example, hosting, payment, or analytics services). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or actions.

07Warranties & disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Objective IT Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement will not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement.

09Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of that engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

10Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. On termination, you agree to pay for all work performed up to the date of termination. We may suspend or restrict access to our website at any time for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them or from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
